Established in 1999, Rising Star Cargo Pvt. Ltd. is the country’s one of the most excellent cargo services to operate. With over two decades of experience, the private organization has expanded smoothly from the central office in Kathmandu to other parts of Nepal, including
Bhairawa, Biratnagar, Birgung, and Kakarvitta. Rishi Dhakal founded Rising Star Cargo in 1999, and his companion Hari Dhakal works his way up by wearing all the company’s hats and dealing with all sorts of business support, sales, and operations. Hari Dhakal is serving the company as
Chief executive officer. Logistics, Warehousing, Packaging, Documentation, Customs Clearance, and Freight Forwarding are some of the major services provided by us.

Rising Star Cargo Pvt. Ltd. is accredited under ISO 9001:2008 Certification. Apart from our recurring clients, our services have been recognized and appreciated by numerous international airlines, including Etihad Airways, Oman Air, Cathay Pacific, Qatar Airways, Silk Airways, Saudi Airlines, and Turkish Airlines consistently. Domestically, Nepal Freight Forwarders Association (NEFFA), Nepal Chamber of Commerce (NCC), and Export Council of Nepal (ECON) have recently applauded our efforts to provide the best cargo facilities as well.

Rising Star Cargo is a proud and active member of the Federation of Nepalese Chamber of Commerce & Industry (FNCCI), Nepal-USA Chamber of Commerce and Industry (NUSACCI), and an affiliated member of FIATA (International Federation of Freight Forwarders Associations)
through Nepal Freight Forwarders Association (NEFFA). The multitude of services that we provide to a large number of clients without fail has contributed to making us renowned. Our modest success also stems from support and feedback from clients, which we try our best to
incorporate to grow further.

Our company stands out from the crowd because of our timely deliveries. Such deliveries are double-checked by a follow-up system which our clients have appreciated. In the case of inquiries, we provide real-time support through various mediums. Also, we have our own office of management service to govern the day-to-day deliveries that take place. For the safety of the packages, we also provide standard insurance. Excluding the charge of insurance, we proudly present special rates for all services that are far reasonable than other companies. Adding to that, to promote export from Nepal, we have our own warehouse facility where we do not take warehousing charges. For exports, we also provide shipper warehouse to airport pick up and drop facility with no extra charge.
